The material of the umbrella cloth for transparent umbrellas

PVC (polyvinyl chloride)

EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer)
Transparent umbrellas made of EVA material have good flexibility and elasticity. It also has high transparency, providing a clear view. This material has a comfortable touch and does not give a cold feeling like some harder plastic materials. During the manufacturing process, EVA materials can enhance their performance by adding different additives, such as UV resistant additives, which give umbrellas some degree of sun protection. Some high-end transparent umbrellas use EVA material, which has good texture and durability.

POE (Polyolefin Elastomer)
When POE material is used for transparent umbrellas, it can give the umbrella fabric good toughness and tear resistance. Its transparency can meet the appearance requirements of a transparent umbrella, and it can still maintain good flexibility in low temperature environments. This type of transparent umbrella is more durable and is not easily damaged even under frequent use or external pulling. For example, high-quality transparent umbrellas sold in some outdoor stores may use POE material, which is suitable for use in complex outdoor environments.

TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber)
The transparent umbrella cloth made of TPU material has excellent wear resistance and aging resistance. It has high transparency and can maintain good transparency and physical properties even after long-term use. TPU also has good waterproof and breathable properties, which allows the air under the transparent umbrella made of TPU material to circulate to a certain extent during use, reducing the feeling of stuffiness. This type of transparent umbrella is relatively expensive, but of superior quality, making it a good choice for mid to high end transparent umbrellas.
