Ordinary plastic
It is the most common material for umbrella beads because of its low cost. For example, polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP) plastic beads are light and have a certain wear resistance. They can protect the tip of the ribs to a certain extent and prevent them from wearing the umbrella surface.
This kind of beads has various colors and is easy to process and shape, which can meet the needs of different styles of umbrellas.
Engineering plastics
For example, nylon (PA) beads have better strength and wear resistance than ordinary plastics. Nylon beads can withstand greater friction and are more suitable for some umbrellas that are frequently opened and closed and used frequently, extending the service life of umbrellas.
2. Metal material Umbrella Beads
Stainless steel
Stainless steel beads have good wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high strength. It can effectively protect the ribs and umbrella surface, especially for umbrellas used in harsh environments, such as outdoor adventures, industrial umbrellas, etc.
Stainless steel beads have a brighter appearance and can add a certain texture to umbrellas.
Copper
Copper beads are relatively beautiful, with a certain sense of history and retro style. Copper is soft in texture and causes relatively little wear and tear to the ribs and umbrella cover when in contact with them. Copper also has certain antibacterial properties, but its cost is relatively high and it is easily oxidized and discolored.
